Sandy Graber remembered

I have been very mindful all weekend that it was exactly a year ago that we laid-to-rest Sandy Graber, an extraordinary human being and member of All Souls Parish in Berkeley. Sandy was a psychiatrist and gave her life to the troubled souls of Berkeley through her work at Berkeley Mental Health. She died when she was hit by a car crossing the street on New Years Day a year ago. It is was also a year ago that a delegation from Charlottesville came to visit Lori and me in Berkeley, and they joined us at Sandy's service.

My prayers go out to Miles Graber and his sons, and all those who dearly miss Sandy.
