Thanks to one and all for the wonderful Sunday and the joy of our baptisms! It was a glorious morning! Today's baptisms marked the first time we have used the baptismal font in the center of the front aisle for baptisms (the font was previously placed off to the side of the Holy Table platform). The new placement of the font not only symbolized the centrality of baptism in our walk of faith, but also gave the children of our parish a perfect vantage point for all that was happening. They sat at the foot of the font and Grace was squirming and bursting out everywhere this morning!
