You can't take it with you -- or can you?

I have been thinking of the old saying, you can't take it with you. It made me wonder. If you can't take your possessions with you, is there anything that you can you take? 

I began a suitcase list: a few of the things you can take with you. You can take the lasting respect of all those you blessed. You can take their enduring love. You can take the memory of every moment that made you glad to be alive. You can have the satisfaction of knowing you did your best. You can carry the hopes of a hundred hearts to heaven. You can take joy. In the end, who you are is what you take.
